2. Shipping

Orders above €200 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.
For orders under €200, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

All FEMMS products are available on a pre-order basis only.
Once your order has been placed, your bag will be made especially for you.
The delivery time is therefore between 3 and 5 weeks

4. Warranty

Although we strive for the highest quality, it may happen that a piece of hardware becomes damaged.
In that case, please contact us so we can find a suitable solution together.
Please note: We cannot offer a warranty on leather becoming dirty or damaged.
We recommend treating suede with a special suede spray, available at shoe stores, or using a suede cleaning gum for gentle maintenance of the material.

5. Cooling-Off Period and Returns

If your product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Please note: There is no right of return for discounted items, made-to-order products, or personalised items.

6. Offers

Any offer or quotation from FEMMS is valid for a maximum of 3 days, unless otherwise stated.

7. Prices

All prices shown by FEMMS are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping costs are listed separately during the checkout process.

8. Payments

All products must be paid for directly through the webshop using the available payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card, etc.).

9. Retention of Ownership

Ownership of the ordered products remains with FEMMS until full payment has been received.
The customer is not entitled to transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of FEMMS products before ownership has been transferred.
If FEMMS invokes its retention of ownership, the agreement is considered terminated, and FEMMS reserves the right to claim compensation, lost profits, and interest.

10. Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
In the event of a dispute concerning these terms, we will first seek to reach an amicable solution.
If this proves impossible, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

FEMMS reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time.
Any updates will be published on this page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly review these terms for any changes.
