How does the no-waste policy work?
FEMMS is a brand without stock: in order to minimise waste and environmental impact, your bag is only made after you have placed your order. This allows us to maintain the exclusivity of each bag, because we only produce what is actually ordered and avoid overproduction.
Are sold-out items restocked?
No, we don’t! Items that have sold out cannot be reproduced. This is because each leather type is only available in limited quantities.
How often is a new drop released?
Keep an eye on our social channels to stay informed about new drops. Subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive access.
Where are the bags made?
All bags are lovingly handcrafted in my studio in Amsterdam.
Each product is made from 100% leather.

ORDER INFORMATION
Which payment methods can I use?
At FEMMS you can pay with PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Amex, and Apple Pay. If these payment methods are not an option for you and you would like to use an alternative, please send an email to femmsdesign@hotmail.com. We’re happy to assist you with placing your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you email femmsdesign@hotmail.com within 24 hours of your order, it is possible to cancel or change your order.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is between 3 and 5 weeks. Because every bag is handmade, it takes longer once your order has been placed. You will, of course, be kept informed by email.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders over €200, shipping is free. For orders under this amount we charge €6.95 in shipping costs.
Do you deliver internationally?
At present, we do not yet ship internationally, but we are definitely planning to do so in the future. If you are located outside the Netherlands, feel free to contact us so we can explore the possibilities together.
RETURNS INFORMATION
Is it possible to return my order?
Not satisfied with your purchase? That’s a shame! You can always return the items, provided they remain in the same condition as when you received them. Please check our return policy.
Will I get a refund when I return something?
Yes. We make every effort to refund the amount within 7 working days.
