1. Orders

Or would you like more information about a product you’ve seen?
Feel free to contact us by email or phone — we’ll gladly assist you.
Order status:
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as we’ve received your order.
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Changing your order:
If you’d like to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can often adjust orders that haven’t yet been shipped.
2. Shipping
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 3 to 5 working days.For orders above €200, shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge.
For orders under €200, a shipping fee of €6.95 applies.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart before checkout.
Delays:
If your package is delayed, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We work closely with our shipping partners and will do everything we can to resolve any delay as soon as possible.
Pick-up option:
You’re also welcome to pick up your order in person!
If you’d prefer to avoid shipping costs, you can collect your bag directly from our studio:
